A huge thank you to manager Sarah and the Godfather’s staff for hosting the West Harrison TeamMates group before the UNO Maverick hockey game! Sara went above and beyond making everything perfect for our group. She even called ahead to ask us how we would like our pizza cut and our time frame of arrival so everything was hot delicious! THANK YOU, SARA AND GODFATHER’S PIZZA!
Who would have thought that a pizza place would close two days in a row before 6 pm? This evening I called to confirm the were open and was told they had a 90 minute delivery wait. No problem. Less than 2 minutes later, I cannot order on line and then they don’t answer the phone …. Maybe, maybe you should consider paying your delivery drivers more and you won’t have these struggles? I never got order pizza after being put on hold twice! I was on hold for over 10 minutes if you can't handle the call volume on a Monday night tell people to call back, or don't answer the phone when you are with another customer. The 2nd time she put me on hold I tried to tell her I have on hold for 10 minutes she told me she didn't care and put me back on hold. I try not to leave bad reviews but this isn't the frist time I have had bad service with the North 30th location....read full review
