I went to the Floral department very emotional and Denise helped me with making a small arrangement for my Father's grave. She was extremely empathetic and comforting and by the time I left I was feeling calm. I later went back to give her a hug and to purchase this fun witch. I tried to order a full sheet cake one day before I needed it and so many bakeries said no EXCEPT this Hy-Vee. Danny took my order and said no problem even though they are working short staffed like most places . It was decorated great and was delicious . Thank you Danny ( the bakery manager ) and to all the employees working short staffed!!! You would never know because of their constant smiles and friendliness . Have been coming here for a weekly breakfast meeting. The menu choices are a wife variety of typical breakfast food. The prices are decent and their are often deals. We will contiue to have our weekly meeting here for the foreseeable future.
