Couple things, 1st- they charge you already as 20% gratuity so be carefully, you don't want to give double tip, and second the service is fine but don't try to talk to them, they always take it as an insult. Next time I'll post the evidence.
We always enjoy stopping at the Ice House but tonight was a bit disappointing. As we were there, the wait staff got so loud with each other at times that we couldn't here ourselves talking. Also, I am under the impression that vaping isn't allowed indoors in Omaha but 2 of the servers stood back there vaping where the food come up. The pizza was good, as well as the beer was cold! I just feel that maybe the staff needs to stay aware that they at work, not hanging out...
On Monday night 5 friends of mine joined me at your restaurant for dinner. Kelsey was our server and I cannot tell you how much we enjoyed her. She was personable, accomodating, and took great care of all of our needs. I would certainly request her again.
