“Nice local woman owned and operated small business. This place was exactly what I wanted! The food was made with fresh ingredients and with a kind demeanor by Hannah. She and her mom make all of it. Many options and full flavor. The hibiscus lemonade was refreshing too. We also had spring rolls and now my mouth is watering remembering the peanut sauce. Yum!!! I'm not from the area but I can't wait to visit again someday.Vegetarian options: Typical veg options for poke...tofu.“
“Strategically concealed between an unassuming Mexican restaurant and a cigar store, a tantalizing display of what's possible with flavor, lies behind 2 swinging glass doors.Greeted by a waitstaff that will eventually know you by name, you will find yourself seated in an environment that will only be out done by the cuisine. In years to come, you'll find yourself reminiscing on the day you first had their Pork Bibimbab. "...and the sushi? How did they pull that off?"-you'll think to yourself.Join the rest of us who have enhanced our, all-to-brief, human experience by dining at the Maru Sushi Korean Grill. “Always love their food. They have a half Chinese and half Korean menu. I always go with their Korean food, they all come with side dishes. You know you picked the right place when you see Korean are eating there as well. Great atmosphere and clean.“
“We were warmly greeted. They even remembered our son who has nonverbal autism and made him feel welcomed. This is a safe place for people of all abilities. For our family, that’s everything. Oh, and the food is fantastic!Kid-friendliness: Welcoming to people of all abilities“
“Well worth the drive from the other side of the city into the suburbs for this delicious food.We ordered the sesame chicken and cashew chicken because if a place can f these dishes up then the rest of the food is no good BUT in no way is this food messed up , it was great.Sesame Chicken - the right balance of savory sweet zing with a subtle tang that hits you at the same time sesame flavor does . The chicken is almost perfectly breaded not to thick of a coat and not to thin and good sized chickenCashew Chicken - almost just the right amount of savory without it being too salty then you get hit with a subtle sweet , then the celery and onion flavor sneaks up on you that only comes from making a aeromatic oil .Once again worth the drive from the other side of town and we have been looking for a new place since Beijing Gate closed down“
“the food is always so delicious. my absolute favorite though is their gimbap, they always make it so good and give you so many for such a good price! Be aware you'll definitely need to call ahead to give them time to make it but it's always so worth it. I love coming back here with my husband all the time, we hope nothing but the best for this delicious and wonderful restaurant!“
“Many selections for good Korean food. I chose the spicy chicken curry. I think they toned it down since I'm not Korean and this was my first time. It was still tasty. A friend got the kimchee rice and it was awesome, very spicy. We had fried and steamed dumplings for an appetizer, as well as a sushi roll.I loved this place.“
“We mostly do takeout and it's been good. I wish the kimchi had more flavor, because all I taste is the pepper. There isn't much of the fermentation flavor at all. There are different stages and flavor of kimchi and I don't really like theirs. It tastes like fresh kimchi; like it was made recently and all you taste is the pepper and barely any fermentation. Dine-in, I remember the service being OK. They were able to handle a large table decently.“
“What matters is the taste and quality of food. Service and friendliness. Cleanliness. Everything we ordered was very tasty and plentiful servings. It's warm and homey inside the dining room. The food is Wonderful. It's a must try this place. Waitress is very helpful and explains how spicy or mild dishes are. They don't push you to leave when your done. All around excellent visit and meal.“
