Food is great. Service was horrible. Stay away drove to 132nd and maple better people working. Apparently the doors being unlocked is for door dash only well put up a sign and not have me wait 15 minutes for food.

I don't really leave reviews but it took over 45 minutes to get through the drive thru. I waited for my food at the window for at least 15 minutes. I'm willing to be patient and understanding, but this was ridiculous. I hate to leave a bad review but it's not worth your time. I saw the poor rating and ignored it, but I should have just gone somewhere else.

I stop by to pick up food for my grands. No fish on the Long John Silver part. Only original chicken. So I ordered bowls and pot pie. We was given the ordered and got home. It was not even what I ordered. We had to go back with leaving hungry grands until we can go back to straighten out the order.

This is rhe worst lication i have ever been to. The place is always dirty, never know when they close. Last night i tried the drive thru again andcwas told they are not serving Long Johns any longer, just KFC. What is up with that? Jyst bulldoze this location. Saddle creek is the best, but far from my home.

They have been short on staff at this location for months. The dining room closes often and if they will shut down the Long John Silver's side all together. Those that show up seem to be giving it their best but at the end of the day service is slow and chances are they aren't serving some of the food you expected.

Went thru the drive thru while in town for medical purposes, and my order wasn't right, didn't receive all I asked for and the food was cold and hard.

Came here a little after noon to order lunch and was told their employees have not shown up yet and cannot order. Says they open at 10:30am. Had to drive across town to another LJS and was able to order, waited 20 minutes in the parking lot to bring out my food. Get all the way back home to find out two family size sides were missing from out 12pc family meal I paid over $40 for.
We just went there and went inside. They lady ignored us the whole time and basically did not want us there. We asked if we could eat in the lobby and she ignored us again and walked to the back so we walked out. Don't waste time on places so rude. This isn't the first time at this location.

Food was ok just a little greasy, but what's up with closing at 7pm , you should at least keep it open the same amount of time that the KFC is open after all they're in the same building

Wanted to dine in at 7:15 pm.Was told the dining room was closed, despite no sign saying it was closed.So I went through the drive through and ordered the Long John Silvers two fish. Was told the Long John Silvers side of the business was closed.So I left. What's the point? Raisin' Caines down the road has better chicken. This place doesn't need to stay open if they won't sell the full menu during dinner hours.

Call before you go because they show up when they want, and leave when they want. The food is never fresh, the furthest thing from fresh...think shriveled and dried out to the utmost capacity food can be, dehydrated if you will.They don’t have chicken, shrimp or fish at times not due to shortage but because they didn’t and won’t cook it if their shutting down early, which is everyday. I’m talking 6pm, 7:30 if you’re lucky. They don’t serve breakfast so they close hours after they open.This location should consider closing to spare the food chain further embarrassment. The workers need to enter into telemarketing preferably collections seeing as how they’ve no issues saying no, I don’t know and I can’t help you. One thing they never will say is, sorry for the inconvenience. You wait in the drive thru upward 30 min at times or more, no backing out if someone’s behind you.Please get new management, new staff, or get them a new attitude, work ethic and customer service skills with a side of passion and energy or just simply close it down.I’d rate this location a -5 stars if they’d let me. I might start a podcast and call it, Don’t go to 132nd and Maple Long John Silvers because they are completely incompetent the food is terrible along with the service. One complete run on sentence. I can spend hours dragging this location for filth.
