I made reservations for my husband’s 60th birthday, as we had never been there. Drove to Omaha and when we arrived, the restaurant was CLOSED!!
No sign on the door as to why. Just a dark restaurant!!
I suggest if you’re going to close for the day, you shouldn’t take reservations, or consider contacting people who do have a reservation to let them know!! All I got was a confirmation text a few hours before our reservation time.
P.S. it wasn’t weather related.
Always have a great experience every time we visit Mouth of the South.
The Prime Rib on Friday and Saturday is highly recommended. Best Prime Rib I have ever had, hands down.
😃Special Tonight was Prime Rib Melt on Jalapeno Cornbread with one side. Bread was sliced white and the side is an extra charge. Overall a good sandwich but not as described on the menu Board.
First time leaving the place a bit disappointed.
