It's a true dive bar, that really needs a severe cleaning. Could be an amazing place with all the potential, but zero effort given to clean up or repair even the basics. Service is based on the regulars and don't expect the bartenders to check if you need a refill, you'll have to go and stand in front of them and wait for the acknowledgment. Still will go for a quick drink as quiet.
