I have been to this Panera probably 2 dozen time in the past two years since we live in the neighborhood right across the street. Not ONCE in the many times I’ve been there have the gotten my order completely right. Today they gave me the wrong order and I had to honk the horn to get someone to notice that I was still waiting by the window.
