I visit this store a lot but my latest order was an absolutely terrible failure. I actually had 4 different problems with my order and the worst of it was a bug in my sandwich. Ordered a Deluxe original with no lettuce & tomato and they slopped so much of both on my sandwich. Both were wilted and had a rotten smell and ruined the entire order. On top of that failure, both of the sandwiches were supposed to be double meat but were not double meat at all and they also failed...read full review
My first sandwich at Schlotzsky’s, was back in the mid ‘80s! STILL, my favorite deli sandwich: The Original!!
Food was very good, managment was kind but a bit clumsy, some manager named Gene bumped into me he said sorry, so i said: „Its all good man” and he stared at me like he saw a ghost and quickly dissapeared into the kitchen…
