“We've ordered from this location 4 times in the last 6 weeks. The pizza is delicious. The team members are very friendly. And they've not made a single mistake. Overall, we are very pleased with the food and service we get from this location.“
“I'm not bashing this business in any way. This is just a friendly note. I know I ordered close to closing time and, I get it, I do. I delivered pizza WAY back so, I get it. That being said, I'm a trucker and got to my stop later than wanted. The delivery guy was very nice and my food came hot and fairly quickly which probably contributed to the issue. I will post pictures. Again, I know i ordered late but, I tipped 30 bucks on a 20 something dollar order for that reason. Just keep that in mind.“
“Even though they were busy, they were super efficient. They got to me within 60 seconds when I walked in the door. PLUS, I had a situation (I forgot my card at home), and they were so accommodating & let my mom use her cc over the phone. I was shocked. Typically, in a situation like this, I would have had to drive home, get my card & come back, and then my pizza would have been cold, etc. But these guys were on top of it. Also, our pizza was hot and fresh and delicious!!! Thank you, Papa John's, for saving our Friday night pizza night!!!“
“We ordered 2 large stuffed crust pizzas online through the app. Apparently, my clumsy fingers hit the wrong sauce for my pregnant wife’s pizza and when it arrived, quickly and hot she was disappointed. I called the store to reorder it, and they kindly remade it for free despite my insistence that I pay for it. THIS is excellent customer service and I will be patronizing this store as my go to pizza joint moving forward. Thank you!“
“Picked up dinner for a family birthday party, interaction at the store for online orders is simple and painless, but the recent changes to the app are a hassle that neither the customer nor the store staff deserve. I'm a regular here and I do expect that to change anytime soon.“
