“Customer service top-tier, quality of food top-tier. I was quite surprised how fast and delicious the food came out. I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza and two orders of boneless wings sweet chill sauce, only a 15 minute wait. Highly recommend this location!!!“

“A good small place to order food if you prefer to avoid big locations. Not the greatest smelling place, but the staff are always friendly, working efficiently, and the food is always hot and delicious. Recommend anyone to this location compared to the other Pizza Hut stores. These guys never disappoint in making the most enjoyable hot wings.“

“I placed an order, realized the storm was already at my door, and called and asked them to hold it for me until the storm passed. They said no problem. I called to let them when I was on my way to pick it up and they remade it for me so it was fresh, and let me keep the older pizzas too! The staff working was very kind and went above and beyond. 37 weeks pregnant and greatly appreciated it!“

“Got the double wings and double fries. The fellas working the late night shift were awesome. We changed the sauce at the window and they were great about it and have us extra dip cups and the wings and fries were piping hot. They were sooooo much better than anything I've gotten from bdubs dang near ever, but forsure within the past year. I just heard a comment dogging Pizza hut a few days before so I wanted to get some wings from them cause I used to love them and the price felt good. 16 wings, double fries, double dip cups $17.54 after tax. And the service was outstanding. Round of applause for those gentlemen. Feels like it's raise time 😁“

“I ordered through the mobile app for pick up. I should have gone through the drive through window but instead went inside. The worker helped me carry my fairly large order to my car. They offered plates, napkins and all the other extras. All the food was hot and delicious. My family kept saying how much it hit the spot. Food and service was great.“

“I am very pleased with this Pizza Hut location. They just received a new manager name Bill who took over recently. His hospitality and customer service is excellent. Before he took over the store, if the store was to run out of a deal or promotion, the staff would always do what they can to make it right. For example, one of the promos in the app is for Tuesday $3.00 personal pan pizza. I always make my order in the app and come in person to the window to pick it up. Sometimes they would run out of the personal pan crust because it's a very popular promo. Instead, they would make it as a medium to make up for it. Which is very generous.

I commute from the Papillion-LaVista area, just to come to this location. Excellent food quality and excellent customer service, is why I continue to come. I appreciate the service and the courtesy as a regular customer. Thank you so much Bill and to your staff!“

“I love this Pizza Hut so much me and my boy go here basically every day. The employees are so nice they even helped fix my friends bike, so kind. They say the food will be done in 15 minutes…NO they are so fast they do it in 10! Don’t listen to the haters this place is GOATED and the wings are sooooo good“

“I put in a delivery order in which Door Dash was supposed to deliver it and they didn’t come in to pick it up when I called to see what was happening. Justin was very nice and explained that he made it and it was ready for pickup. He offered to remake it and said if it doesn’t come to me in 20 min call back. I called back and Door Dash still didn’t come. So I offered to pick it up myself and he remade it again so it would be fresh. I appreciated his and the other staff’s efforts to make things right!“

Look, the pizza was solid. Busy night, they kept their cool, double-checked my stuff before I left like actual professionals. But here’s the thing…I pull out of the lot and Nick (I asked his name to give him a shoutout here) comes sprinting out of the building, pizza in hand, chasing down a customer in their car like he’s returning a lost child. A hundred yards. Full sprint.

That’s not customer service theater. That’s a dude who genuinely does not want someone to have a bad night over a forgotten pizza. In a world where most places watch you drive away and shrug, Nick ran. With enthusiasm.

Food was good. Staff was kind. But Nick understood the assignment.
