I just dont understand how your drink amount fluctuates so drastically in what I order. Its the same thing several times a week but today was pretty sad. I order a venti, light ice and I got a venti cup but my drink is less than half. If you look at my shocked face when I take my drink and even you second guess what youre handing me, maybe fix it! Manager had me pay for a replacement food item. Not sure if that’s costumer policy, but a replacement implies that the store would just replace it not have me pay for an entirely new order. Very weird from this Starbucks.
I've always had great service at this location, keep up the good work!
