Customers report food came out fast and correct, with items like the Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Taco Supreme, large nacho fries, chicken quesadilla, crunchy beef tacos, black beans and rice, chips & guac, and their $5 app exclusive box with a Cheesy Gordita Crunch being hot and fresh. The tacos were generously filled and the quesadilla was toasted perfectly. Nacho fries were crisp and delicious. The space was clean, even the bathroom, and the sauce/napkin station was fully stocked. However, some customers have experienced issues with food quality, such as crushed taco shells and chunky cheese. They frequently don’t have popular products. The inside is not well swept. Some staff do not speak clear English that is easily understood. Sometimes they forget items like nacho fries or drinks. The cheese containers are frequently under-filled, and portions of add-ins are slim. The price of fast food is no longer convincing when it's neither fast or convenient. Despite this, the restaurant remains a reliable choice for a quick meal.
