Great
When it comes to the Maple Street location as well as the Elkhorn location in Omaha Metro area. Over the last few years, it seems like the quality of their hiring has deter deteriorated horrendously in terms of every category. The stores are filthy. Windows floors are filthy many cases the orders are wrong due to language barrier. I don’t know what happened to the Taco Bell‘s up and Down Maple St., Omaha as well as an Elkhorn, but the hiring has changed dramatically....read full review
The AI drive thru order bot sucked; I had to repeat myself constantly to get it to understand me. The human workers were great.

Taco Bell offers fast service and friendly employees. The drive-thru service is quick and efficient, making it a convenient option. The team is great and extremely nice. Customers report food came out fast and correct, with items like the Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Taco Supreme, large nacho fries, chicken quesadilla, crunchy beef tacos, black beans and rice, chips & guac, and their $5 app exclusive box with a Cheesy Gordita Crunch being hot and fresh. The tacos were generously filled and the quesadilla was toasted perfectly. Nacho fries were crisp and delicious. The space was clean, even the bathroom, and the sauce/napkin station was fully stocked. However, some customers have experienced issues with food quality, such as crushed taco shells and chunky cheese. They frequently don’t have popular products. The inside is not well swept. Some staff do not speak clear English that is easily understood. Sometimes they forget items like nacho fries or drinks. The cheese containers are frequently under-filled, and portions of add-ins are slim. The price of fast food is no longer convincing when it's neither fast or convenient. Despite this, the restaurant remains a reliable choice for a quick meal.
