We first encountered them at Late Nights at the Zoo about 15 mins into the event. The line wasn’t too long when we arrived. Ordered chicken tenders & fries and cheesesteak egg rolls. 25 mins into waiting, they told us they couldn’t get the egg rolls to come out properly and offered to substitute with a different item. they were at the late night at the zoo and barely an hour into the event they started crossing off items on the menu due to not being prepared for the size of crowd. The guy at the window seemed like he could careless to be there. I also understand that its a larger event but having to wait 20+ mins for simple loaded fries is ridiculous. After 25 mins i ended up getting a refund. Im not usually one to leave bad reviews, but felt this one was needed.
I had the catfish and fries and it was amazing. The fries had a wonderful unique seasoning that I have never tasted and the portions were divine.
