“I had very bad service here from our server and the manager on duty at this location. I had to get my own to-go box and get up and get my grand daughters refill. I was never asked how our meal was. I had to flag our server down to order something to-go and my burger was undercooked. I spoke to the manager and she said sorry and dismissed it. She didn't even offer to remake my burger. For the $85 we spent, it was definitely not worth it. We watched people in our area get good service, but we were barely spoken to. Definitely the worst service I have ever experienced“

“Tonight I ordered DoorDash with a friend for a fun night of tacos and a little dessert chimichanga because you can’t go wrong there!I ordered the Tripe Taco, Fish Taco which I asked for fried, and birria quesatacos con consommé.My friend ordered the Cabeza taco, lengua taco and adobada taco.Together we decided to share somehow a Cheesecake Chimichanga.I throughly enjoy the tripe tacos here because they are always crispy crunchy and fresh, the fish taco was definitely hitting the spot but not being to filling before starting on the birria quesatacos.Let me just say they are quite addictive once you get started on them fresh with the just right amount of cheese holding a crispy crunchy shell of perfectly cooked birria ready to be soaked in consommé. All might just melt away from your world for that moment and that’s okay.My friend enjoyed her Cabeza tacos which were soft and delicious always as with cheek meat, the lengua was tender and just the right amount of spice, the adobada was crispy and tender well seasoned too.The cheesecake chimichanga we declared as a terrific choice for all of the savory tacos that we’d had. It totally hit the spot with the whipped cream, sprinkles and a little chocolate sauce over a crispy tortilla enrobed cheesecake. Which because it all came separately the chimichanga was able to be air fried to perfection when we were ready to enjoy it.Try the tacos, burritos, cheesecake chimichanga and enjoy it all with their their great individually sealed salsa packets now which is absolutely genius honestly!“

“Great small restaurant to checkout. The price you pay for the food is crazy good because they pack your plate. The only downfall is that they didn't have ac. They do have drive-thru, though. I had got the carnitas dinner, which was good. The steak taco was good. We had plenty of leftovers to take home.“

“I always get the steak and egg burrito from here. I'm usually pretty satisfied with this chain as a whole but the last two times that I've been there, it wasn't up to par. I had some undercooked potatoes and my girlfriend had some bacon that was very chewy. That's not usually my experience with abelardo's so they still get 4 stars.“

“This location is usually very good. both the food and the service. I can't say that tonight. I'm currently dashing for doordash. I accepted an order to pick up here. It was just before 1 am. Pulled in, saw nobody in the drive thru, and pulled up. Was immediately instructed to come into the store to pick up, and was told that's the rule. Ok. Irritating for sure, but I did it. Go in, up to the counter to pick up the food. Sign for it. Mention that it doesn't make a lot of sense to have to come in if there is absolutely nobody in the drive thru and the order is sitting there waiting to be picked up.

That was all the permission that chick needed to start being outwardly horrible, rude and disrespectful with a raised voice and a smirk on her face like she thought it was funny. I could hardly even get a word in to defend myself. She's talking crap about me having an issue coming into the store WHILE I'M STANDING IN THE STORE. ALL I said was that it made no sense. I was able to tell her that I would be reporting her, which she replied with "GO AHEAD!", and that she has no right to be so rude to dashers. She just continued on. I have c-ptsd, and I'm so triggered right now that I can't even work at the moment. Seriously. I'm sitting in my car with severe anxiety, typing this rather than making money. I've been dashing for over 2 years and have never encountered anyone so mean.

I'm never returning to this store. The name of the game is customer service, and she's in the wrong line of work. She's currently wearing a headset, so I'm guessing running the drive thru, or the backup for it. One bad employee can ruin the experience for all.
