The cake was very dry and not good at all, the colored icing had a very strange bitter taste - very disappointed. Also, ordered my cake a day in advance, showed up 30 minutes after my scheduled pickup time and they hadn't even started it and I received very unfriendly service. Will not buy here again as this is definitely not the same as it used to be.
It's just really unfortunate what has happened to this place in the last few years.
I try to keep giving them chances as they were once such a great resource for cakes for such a long time.
I have never bought a wedding cake from them, but have used them for various birthdays and office events over the years, and I swear every time the quality of the decoration and the cake itself keeps decreasing, but the prices are still way higher than a grocery store.

I just saw the video you recently posted on your website and have a serious question:
As an addiction counselor, it was fairly obvious the man in this video is under the influence of something, or experiencing some sort of cognitive decline.
Hopefully his family and friends are being supportive though this clearly trying time for this man.
