I'm not gay, but when I had a 2-hour layover at the greyhound station and needed to get loaded before continuing my long journey, this bar was here for me and I will be forever grateful.

Yesterday was the first time my friend and I went there. We loved the vibe and the people everyone was so nice, buying us shots and being friendly in a respectful way. The music was great too! The only thing we didn’t like was the front desk receptionist; he was a bit rude at the beginning. But overall, we had a great time!!!

So I am from Dallas Tx. Moved to Omaha for work. I enjoyed myself at the Maxx. If you never been, the Maxx has two different sides you can party on. The Hip-Hop side could be way better. They really need a new DJ on that side. Home boy was playing music from the early 2000’s. We asked could he play more updated music, it went from bad to worse.
