We placed a carry out wing order about 2 weeks ago, which had a 35 min estimated wait to pick up. I waited about an hour to pick up because it was a busier day and I wanted to make sure it was ready. When I got there they told me it would still be another 40 minute wait and they hadn’t started my order yet. if i could give this place a ZERO rating i would. i arrived to place an order in. one worker ask how can they help, i said i would like to place an order. this worker apparently didnt understand what i said as i had to say it a Second time. he then waved his hand to a register where a manager or supervisor was already placing a diffrent order from over the phone. wait a solid 15 minutes, another person walks in says they have an online order, same worker that greated me started...read full review
