Wingstop Reviews
Didn’t even receive food from wingstop, they outsource to DoorDash and they brought food from a different restaurant. Too bad wingstop doesn’t answer their phones. Ridiculous. No help whatsoever
we ordered almost $40 of carry out
almost an hour to pick up
half the food was missing
called and was asked what do you want me to do.
I said I'm coming back and I want the rest of my food. Well she says it don't work that way.
ARE YOU KIDDING ME.
Stopped in to get food to go. Didn’t realize it took 45 minutes to get our food for only 2 people. One chick just walked out to get food, and the other just sat down and was on her phone. The dude making orders didn’t even see our ticket and had to ask us 3 times what we ordered. Fries aren’t even cooked, wings are covered in nothing but butter. First time at a wing stop and extremely disappointed. I’m pregnant and really hope I don’t get salmonella.

Wingstop offers a variety of tasty food options, including wings and tenders, with generally good service and reasonable prices. The management and staff are friendly and attentive, creating a positive atmosphere when customers arrive. Orders for pickup are prepared quickly, often in under 20 minutes, with staff asking if customers need anything else and ensuring orders are neatly packed even during busy times. The dining room can sometimes be less clean, and the bathrooms are not always maintained well. While the food quality is usually good, some customers have experienced issues, such as dry, hard chicken that appeared freezer burnt and seasoned fries that lacked flavor. The restaurant is not wheelchair accessible, and wait times can be long, but overall, many appreciate the friendly staff and tasty options.
