I've been here 3 times, all 3 of those times I had really good food. The staff are hard working and very kind, although I didn't get one of my ranches, food was fire.
We didn't know how to order on the app to get the sauce on the side. Staff showed us how to do it. Plenty of sauce on the side. Absolutely wonderful customer service.
Came in late. Serving and employees were great!

Wingstop at Welch Plaza is considered the best location in Omaha. The food is consistently good, hot, crispy, fresh, delicious, and filling. It satisfies cravings and does not disappoint. The staff are super friendly, social, and provide excellent customer service, promptly greeting customers with a warm smile. Orders are made a top priority and are often ready far sooner than the estimated time. The lobby is clean and tidy, with chairs pushed in neatly and a well-ordered condiment station. Customers enjoy the environment.
While the food is always fantastic, the estimated pickup times can sometimes be inaccurate. Some customers report arriving when their order should be ready, only to be told it will take another fifteen minutes. On other occasions, the wait time can be a hair long because the restaurant is busy. However, many experiences are positive, with orders ready right on time or even minutes after ordering, even when multiple people are getting food. The mobile app is easy to use for ordering and finding the best deal. The restaurant itself is a good size, though not huge. Overall, this location stands out for its food quality, cleanliness, and friendly service, deserving recognition.
