“I have lived in Bellevue all of my life and for some reason I got stuck on Imperial Palace which is great and Jade Palace which is pretty good also. Yesterday after reading all of the great reviews on Facebook I pulled into Hans parking lot to look at their menu before I went in and ordered. Before I could decide what I wanted a very nice gentleman came out to my car, asked if I would like to order and what my favorite thing to order might be. I've been addicted to imperial Palace since I was 14 or 15 years old and the only thing I ever get from there is hot braised chicken with rice which I've never been unhappy with just wanted to try something new. (Also love Happy Buddha.) He asked me how hot I would like it, what vegetables I liked or didn't like and after I ordered brought me a 20 oz Sprite on the house to keep me company while they made my order which came out very quickly. It was done exactly to my specification and with all white meat. It came with extra sauce and another extra cup of something if I wanted it hotter. Best 14 something dollars I've ever spent. I'm hooked I recommend them so highly. If you haven't tried them please go tonight and give them a shot they are absolutely wonderful. The customer service was above and beyond. I cannot tell you how yummy their food was. Absolutely great quality. I'm not sure I will go anywhere else for Chinese in the future although I'm not speaking bad of any of the other Chinese places in Bellevue that I also like it's just that the quality of their food, how they specialized it for me and their customer service was something that's so hard to find these days.“

I tried the chicken with hot garlic sauce and fried rice, not too shabby. The eggroll was a little too oily for me but I'd eat here again and try their crab rangoons to see if those are better. “Very, very clean. The ice ran out on me, and the gentleman promptly went to fill it. The chicken gyro was amazing. The fries were incredibly delicious. The beef Philly I was personally not fond of and to me the tzaziki sauce had a ranch type flavor but good. Yes its a little pricy but so is everywhere else and this food was cooked fresh and worth the money.“

“Ordered to go in person. Wait was minimal. They seem to do a lot of to go here. Ordered dinner combo with egg roll, fried rice and sesame chicken. Pretty solid and chicken wasn’t overly sweet. I also ordered fried wontons and hot and sour soup. Fried wontons were ok, but I loved the hot and sour. Lots of veggies and tofu. Good spice! They also gave me plenty of fried wonton strips for the soup and they were fresh and crunchy.“

Recently enjoyed a very good meal here. Good portions, served hot and yummy! Prices are reasonable as well. The service was very attentive and helpful. The ambience is cozy and very clean. I like all the deco they have added and updated. Would recommend this restaurant always!

“I hate to even share this at the risk my favorite place is going to be flooded with people after reading this but it's only fair. They give massive portions of amazing food at cheap prices as if they're unaware of inflation. I have literally never had any issues . I once had an issue with a new credit card and couldn't get it to work the lady working offered to let me come back and pay luckily I had cash in the car and avoided that but what a great person she is.

Vegetarian options: I'm not a vegetarian however these meals don't even taste like they're missing anything.“

Food was great and you’ll find all your traditional American Chinese dishes available. Dine in is definitely an after thought but if you’re looking to enjoy quiet service and bring your own water or don’t mind purchasing a bottle/can to drink there, the space will suffice.“

“This little restaurant fit the bill for location as I had a meeting nearby. I was hesitant as I have trouble tolerating the oil in most Chinese restaurants, and I generally avoid them for that reason, but I did okay here.The egg drop soup was not terribly salty and had a fair amount of cabbage in it, which was a new observation for me. The farmers market vegetarian dish had a lot of peppers and broccoli. It wasn't the most flavorful, but it wasn't greasy nor excessively salty and was very generous with the vegetables, which I appreciated. And I tolerated it.The service was fast and friendly. I got an order to go that requested to eat the egg drop soup in the restaurant for convenience purposes while waiting for my order to be cooked because I was very hungry. The restaurant appeared adequately clean. I did not enter the bathroom. It was a reasonable value for the price.It's nice to know there's a Chinese food restaurant in town that I can tolerate, so I'm putting this on the list of places I can eat.I would go again. If it's busy, it might be a challenge to back in and out, so I parked in an adjacent lot.

“This place is take out only no dine it you can order though uber eats as well. Whenever I call in an order it's ready within 15 to 20 minutes even during the January 12th blizzard. The lady who took my order and payments was super nice. The food was hot and fresh. I order Peanut butter ? chicken ? pretty regularly. It has a great flavor and goes well with white or fried rice ?. Also order sweet and sour combination platter and the golden appetizers platter. Every item was hot and fresh. The price is definitely reasonable for the amount of food your getting.
