Every time I’ve tried to go there in the past when their hours said open both online and on their door the place was closed up. I tried calling the business number m, got someone on the phone and asked if this was the Sip Cha in Papillion and they hung up on me. Not sure if they’re trying to close up more or what, but would appreciate updated hours and a phone number that reaches the store.
Today was my first time. I usually get mine at the Asian market. I wasn’t impressed. The person before me asked for her money back after drinking her tea and the girl was so stressed after. One of my teas wasn’t right either. I def would have had her make it over but the line was so long already. One person is not enough for that location. I really think that more training is needed for the teas. Sadly I prob won’t be back.
The staff is so great and their food/drink is awesome! Highly recommend!!!
