The sign on front door says wings are no longer "on Special ", but doesn't explain anything about Pinpoint. plus, we should've at least got point credits.“

“went to have dinner and waited over 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge 2 of us for a seat which is fine however the place was not packed- several employees looked at us and I guess it wasn't their job because they were ignoring eye contact. finally got a booth - waited 10 minutes and no server - 2 other tables sat after us - employee seating one of the tables literally came to our table and asked for our menus to give to the other table- he did eventually get us water but the 2 other tables were greeted by a server as we sat - waited another 10 minutes and left. total time no server was 20 minutes-no server ever came to our table so we left and rolled through Freddies😒 water was good - 👍“
