Within ordering through their easily accessible app my pizza was ready within 15 minutes, made hot and fresh. Not to mention their professionalism and customer service being through the roof. If you’re not getting your pizza from this Little Caesars location, you may need to rethink a few things.“

There isn't table service for ordering and you have to gather your own cutlery which is fine if they remember to tell you or you're already familiar w/the place.“

“This place tops one of my favorite pizza places to go is there is so much to do at most of the locations, including gaming areas for the kids and a wide variety of options on their menu. The service can sometimes be a little gruff with the personnel, but by and large they are very friendly and helpful depending on how busy they are. It does get quite busy at some locations and loud with all the TVs and variety of sporting and other events on TV. But that's one of the things I love about it! Fantastic food, great pizza and other dishes!“

“Visiting and popped into this little gem. This place has been around for years and was of my friends favorite spots for pizza.

We ordered a small meat pizza and it was perfect. It took about 15 min to get our little pie and it was worth it.

I’ve had New York style pizza which I love. I’m not sure but maybe it’s a Midwest style pizza and I found it quite enjoyable. I loved the cheese on top and not too saucy as well as the crust was not overly bready.

All and all I would totally recommend this spot if you are in the area!“

“While it is a pizza place it offers other Italian dishes and gelato. Order as you walk in and your food is cooked. Cane quick and lives up to its hype. Got a Detroit style (I’m from Detroit - it was worthy). Big place but fills up quick for dinner. This is the worst customer service I am have ever dealt with. I ordered directly from their website 4 items. I received 2 of the 4 items. The door dash person that they partner with said that’s all that was given to her. I called the store they said they can’t help me. I asked for a manager, apparently no managers work on Sunday. I asked for them to take my information for someone to call me. They refused and said it’ll be in there system. I called door dash because that’s what they said I had to do. I called door dash and they said they couldn’t help me because I placed the order directly from papa Murphy’s. I called papa Murphy’s back again they said they can’t help me because I had it delivered. Pathetic. I spent $40 and received their smallest pizza and a calzone. I will NEVER order from this store again. And I know they don’t care because of the way they treated me on the phone.

“Grace is a great gem in Papillion, NE. I have eaten here several times over the past few months and enjoyed it every time! The atmosphere is refreshing, clean, and comfortable. The service has always been positive, helpful, and polite. They also care about their customers. Recently I enjoyed the Wagyu Beef Short Rib and it was great. Their pizza is best in the area as well. “We’ve been ordering from this location weekly for a while now. The same guys always make our order and are so friendly. We really appreciate the deals from the app and the quick pickup!

We get 2 medium pizzas for 6.99 each which feeds our family of 5 for less than $15. It’s not very cheap to eat out with 5 people even at fast food so we appreciate this yummy affordable option!“

My server seemed to be really off, she fumbled her words, had a hard time answering my questions, (maybe she was nervous) etc. I ordered a martini but she brought me something terrible in a rocks glass! We ordered, the salad bar was amazing!!! Fresh and had several choices. Our meal was another story, our waitress got our order wrong. I wanted chicken parmigiana and I got a sandwich?! She did get it corrected but I had to wait longer. At the end of our meal the manager trish came over to offer apologies. She also brought me the martini I originally asked for that she said she made herself. Awesome!! It was delicious!! She was friendly, chatted with us for a moment and deliver our bill. She didn’t even charge me for the drink! We noticed her guiding our server who was then having issues at another table. I would say we won’t be back but Trish really helped turned our opinion around! “I recently visited Valentino's Italian Restaurant in Papillion, and it did not disappoint!

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We were seated quickly, which was a nice touch since it was a busy lunch hour.

I went with the Pepperoni Pizza Lunch Combo, and it was exactly what I was hoping for. The pizza had a crispy, thin crust with the perfect amount of tangy tomato sauce and melted cheese. The pepperoni was crispy around the edges, just the way I love it. It came with a side salad that was fresh and a great complement to the pizza. The portion was just right for a lunch, and the price was more than reasonable.

My daughter, Alexandra, ordered the Lasagna and Pizza Combo, and she was all smiles. The lasagna was delicious—hearty and rich with layers of perfectly cooked pasta, tasty meat sauce, and creamy cheese. She also got a slice of pizza. Alexandra was definitely a fan of her meal!

Our service was excellent. Our server was super attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The food came out quickly, and we were both impressed by the quality, especially for a lunch combo.

Valentino’s has quickly become a go-to spot for us. The food is delicious, the prices are great, and the service is top-notch. We'll definitely be back to try more of the menu next time!“
