“The service is pretty good, food is generally cooked fresh and tastes delicious. When they are extremely busy or extremely slow, the quality of freshness can be lower but is still delicious. Would recommend to anyone passing through town and Runza is still open.“

“The staff was very helpful and friendly however the pre-order microphone wasn't working so I sat and waited for several minutes before just pulling around and ordering at the pickup window. I wish they could adjust their drive through to be more car friendly.

Parking: The parking situation at this restaurant is a nightmare. Would not recommend stopping with a trailer or a lowered vehicle.“

Then when I went to pay, the man who took my payment noticed a tattoo I have on my wrist & had a very heartfelt conversation with me. I’ve truly NEVER had such a kind & considerate conversation with a complete stranger! & to add to this experience, my food was ready for me at the next window right away & was all fresh & hot!!!“
