Have been three times in the past couple months since moving to Ashland. Not sure what is going on here. I have never seen the dining room open yet and it appears there are just a couple people working here. Shame cause the food was good and the staff I encountered very pleasant. The worse thing are the huge deep potholes in the parking lot. I understand they've been there at least a year now. I have to think the manager just doesn't care if they have business or not. The food is always hot and fresh served with a smile. However the parking lot is quite a dangerous mess especially if it has rained and you can't see all the holes and missing pavement.

Did the drive-thru, ordered 3 sandwiches, gave us 2. Had to go inside to tell them it was missing. Seems they knew, but if we didn't take the time to stop, look, and go inside, they would've had a free sandwich....
