“Best pizza ever! Crust is airy n melts in yer mouth! They don't shy on the toppings! If u can find someone who puts more toppings on there pizza I would challenge u! My favorite pizza Pete makes is pepperoni pineapple and bacon on the top so it's crispy! N u never gotta order extra cheese cause Pete don't skimp on the cheese! This pizza is a little pricey but well worth it for the real cheese not the fake oily shit and I only gotta eat two pieces and I'm stuffed so one pizza can feed my family everywhere else gotta get two because there's no toppings!“

“We had our wedding here in May of 2024. To say our day was perfect is an understatement. Zach and Jen worked with us to create a perfect, magical evening with our family and closest friends. The food was amazing, staff was fantastic and the views for picture taking were beautiful. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Covered Bridge, I would recommend this hidden gem to anyone. “I have in the past wrote review for Bristol Diner in fact I am in a way from Bristol, but the Diner has always been my favorite spot, seen the changes over the years and loved the food and atmosphere as well. With Tina, Jerry, Mia & rest of family running it it has become a labor of love. Diners may becoming a dying breed but leave it to the Nialetz Family to prove otherwise. Interior is spotless, food is wonderful, waitresses ever so pleasant, reasonable prices as well. It is understandable that the diner is of extreme age and lots of repairing to keep it going, but I have no doubt that with the love and energy you guys put into it …Bristol Diner will prevail for many years to come! 🙏💓🙏“

“Tavern 27 is such a cosy, inviting tapas spot the Lakes Region and the community is fortunate to be invited back inside following the pandemic and Ray and Leslie’s other life adventures. We recently held an intimate employee appreciation event there, and it could not have been a more perfect experience. The atmosphere was perfect, Leslie curated an excellent menu of from scratch bites, and some members of our team had never been there before but I suspect are already making plans for their next visit. You have to be super patient and not in a rush because Leslie prepares every dish made to order, and they’re also rebuilding staff so things will take time, but if you’re seeking a memorable evening out, and are looking for a rustic casual destination, please go visit them. “We had take-out breakfast from here. We ordered over the phone and was told it would take 15 minutes. That's what it took. Diane was very attentive to our needs. She even helped carry our large order to the car. When we sat at our table to eat, no one was disappointed with their meal. I had two eggs over easy with corned-beef hash and potatoes. YUMMY!!! The hash was just right. My only complaint is that I wanted more. However, the portions were appropriate. Thank you Annie's staff for a great start to my day.“

“Went tonight, and for being very frequent diners, I was pretty shocked with the turn of events tonight. Our server, Joshua, was amazing and I do not fault him at all. We ordered the totchos which were so yummy!! And I ordered the Camp Steak, the same meal I get every time I go - I’ve had it close to a dozen times in recent years. After we finished the appetizer, the meal took about 30 additional minutes to come out, which seemed long but looking at other reviews, maybe their “norm”. Joshua even apologized on two separate occasions saying “the steak takes a while.” When it finally arrived, I was so disappointed. Apparently they “revamped” the menu and it came with a dry, inedible horseradish “crust” on top. I wish I took a picture of it - It looked so unappetizing I almost didn’t even dig in. However, I’m not one to complain often, and I was so looking forward to the steak, so I peeled right off. I think it had been sitting for some time cause it came off the steak like a block of concrete. I dug into the steak and potatoes (which I was again disappointed in because they had no flavor, due to the comparison of the delicious former potatoes with the yummy sauce). Now, in Camp’s defense, I did ask for my steak “rare to medium rare” and jokingly said “as rare as you can legally cook it,” but it wasn’t even cooked. I like a good mooing steak but this was likely not “legally to temperature”. This was mind boggling since it took SO long for the meal to come out, and that we were told “the steak takes so long cook”. I asked for it to go back to be cooked more but in the time that took the other at the table had finished so I asked for it to be boxed up - I didn’t want to be the only one at the table eating, especially after it had taken so long. Now, the only reason I’m here writing this review is because of how it was handled. I was expecting maybe to take off 20-50% of that meal - not the bill, just that meal. It wasn’t cooked, it had a dry disturbing crust on top, and it took forever to come out. But nothing…. Bill was given with two Swedish Fish and another rote apology. The manager Jason did come to the table to collect our payment and asked if we “wanted a dessert to go” but by that point the bad taste was already in my mouth (literally, I tried the crusty stuff from the second attempt and it was so strong and freezing cold) and I wanted to go home. I am so disappointed that this was how it was handled - it is not the standard we’ve been used to with Camp (whereas the standard up until now is we have had ZERO issues or complaints - it’s our favorite place to get a great, reliable meal.) I understand everyone has an “off night” but when things are that far off, at least try to make it right, and not with offering a dessert as we are getting ready to leave. And, for those who love the Camp Steak, please let this be your warning that the newly “revamped” version is not even close to the original!! The food menu was really diverse and the couple of appetizers we ordered were outrageously good! Poutine & Italian nachos- generous portions, great flavor and truly enjoyed to the last bite!
