“We went to an outside music event held in the distillery back yard. We didn't take a tour of the distillery but we did have them mix up a couple of drinks. We walked around the store and saw their bourbon. Nice set up. A little education about the notes they use to make the bourbon. They have vodka and cordials for sale too. Friendly staff.“

“We’ve driven by Almost There many times. The parking lot is always packed. But to our surprise they had more than ample seating inside and out. We opted for the Thursday special of fish & chips, which was lightly breaded Yankee style haddock. Two fish & chips for $23.99 (regular price $17.99 each) From the time we walked in and had no waiting (at 630pm) to our amazing service. The food was definitely delicious. Yes great seafood in the mountains 😊. Since it is just 40 minutes (pretty much normal timing) to this restaurant we will definitely be back to try out much more of their menu.“

The tab expensive, but hello if you Google the place your going you're prepared. I'm impressed. “The food was good and the atmosphere was great, the waitress was not very attentive to our table though.. I did ask to be put away from people due to my wife's health and getting ready for her bone marrow transplant so that might have scared her to not come over to our table much. I ordered a carrot cake to go but never received it, I forgot all about it when I paid the check but I was at the counter buying some glasses so it wasn't like I just up and left, there was time for the waitress to bring it out or could have brought it out when I paid the check but she didn't. other than that it was very good and their light beer I got was excellent.“
