“I've visited this location a handful of times over the past month and every time I go (usually around 12:30-1pm) there's always only one person working. The past 2 times ive gone in, Jamar has been the employee holding the fort down for lunch. This young man is absolutely incredible and always has a smile on his face. He's always extremely pleasant and polite, too, no matter how many online orders he has with people waiting in the store to order. Jamar deserves recognition for his hard work!“

Have ordered ahead and have had to wait 30+ mins past my promised done by time, have ordered double every item in my order and have still gotten shorted. to pay 25$ plus for a single bowl to be shorted on ingredients i pay extra for is very disappointing. “Always great food and great service , had a a minor hiccup when ordering once, but it was quickly rectified. The only disappointment about the whole place is that when they first opened is they had nice sturdy pizza boxes with their logo and last time I went the pizza boxes were quite flimsy and had no real curb appeal. If you have a quality product like they definitely do , it should be presented in a quality way .“

“I came to this location delivering a doordash order. I spoke to the cashier while I was waiting for the food and told him how much my stepdaughter loved the food here and I had never tried the sauce and wanted to try it. He was nice enough to let me try some of the sauce and it was spectacular! I will be a loyal customer I've already come back once since then just because of the customer service! The amazing sauce and chicken are a bonus on top of the great people that work here. I just wanted to give some recognition to the young man that was working that day because he really knows what it means to go above and beyond for the brand. And your food is so so good“

“I absolutely love Qdoba food! It’s my favorite however the costumer service in this place is HORRIBLE! They are so rude, they never greet you they just ask what you want with an attitude. I’ve been going here for years now and in the past couple of months I’ve seen the most nastiest attitudes!! Every single time I go with my family there is always a problem, it’s either the attitude, we are missing something from the order, there is no ice in the ice machine or forks or salt or pepper! However that’s not the worst part, it’s the people that are there, I work in costumer service myself and have never been rude to people. The crazy thing is that they spoke bad about me and my family in Spanish, of course they didn’t know I spoke Spanish as well and understood them. However I kept the peace and didn’t say a thing but every time we go it’s the same thing. Always a problem and always rude and always talking in Spanish about us… we will not be returning here… I hope it gets better“

We don’t have a Pizza Hut in Derry anymore so we just wanted a little nostalgia, so we found a restaurant in Manchester. Crystal took my order and prepared it and had it ready in no time at all. We had our get together and everything was delicious and it was as good as it was years ago in Derry. Thank you Crystals for making everything great.“

“Papa Johns in NH, has 3 locations, Nashua, Manchester & Concord. This is for the Manchester location. Personally prefer Papa John's way above Papa Gino's or Domino's any day. Better crust, much tastier pizza thruout. These guys do it way better than the "factory franchised" chain pizza shops mentioned. The ap let's me accumulate freebie points for more eats. I like using it for pre-ordering than dropping by to pick up.. very convenient and customizable orders. Having said all this, they're not your mom & pop shop or gourmet shop, those are a separate niche. However, given the choices and having a tasty treat pizza, this is great value. Just got their deal thru their ap for a large single topping pizza for $10 bux, which is a great deal for a tasty treat.

The attitude at the intercom was warm and welcoming. I got a chili with onion and usually the onion is full rings but at this location they actually took the time to chop up my onion 🥹. The employees here actually made my day better. I hope they are paid well because they will keep me coming back to this location specifically.“

“Walked in at 2:30 pm, guys were both cleaning as the place was empty. The place was extremely clean and both the fellas were friendly. Morgan made the most orderly, beautiful sandwich I’ve ever had at a Subway, and fast. This Subway and these guys are above and beyond!“
