My wife and I showed up for some dinner (we're driving back to NY from Maine) and as we're ordering this obnoxious self entitled guy comes in and starts just being so rude that my wife and I ate in our car that we've been driving in for hrs just to avoid this guy. These two employees kept calm and polite the entire time. Kudos for them taking the high road!“

Have ordered ahead and have had to wait 30+ mins past my promised done by time, have ordered double every item in my order and have still gotten shorted. to pay 25$ plus for a single bowl to be shorted on ingredients i pay extra for is very disappointing. However have had good times too, again very hit or miss. When it’s good it’s great, when it’s bad steer clear!“

I had my daughter's graduation cake made there and Kevin saved the day with my other daughters birthday cake and she was ecstatic she absolutely loved her Pennywise cake!!! “Always great food and great service , had a a minor hiccup when ordering once, but it was quickly rectified. The only disappointment about the whole place is that when they first opened is they had nice sturdy pizza boxes with their logo and last time I went the pizza boxes were quite flimsy and had no real curb appeal. If you have a quality product like they definitely do , it should be presented in a quality way .“

“I came to this location delivering a doordash order. I spoke to the cashier while I was waiting for the food and told him how much my stepdaughter loved the food here and I had never tried the sauce and wanted to try it. He was nice enough to let me try some of the sauce and it was spectacular! I will be a loyal customer I've already come back once since then just because of the customer service! The amazing sauce and chicken are a bonus on top of the great people that work here. I just wanted to give some recognition to the young man that was working that day because he really knows what it means to go above and beyond for the brand. And your food is so so good“

“This Subway location is hands-down the best in the area. The service is always friendly, and the staff never rush through orders. They always take their time to make sure everything is done right. The restaurant is consistently clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciate. You can tell the staff take pride in their location and seem to really care about what they are doing.

This is the only Subway we will visit locally because every experience is so consistently good. Other locations just don't compare.

Today was no exception, my sandwhich was on point and the cookies were perfectly cooked.
