“Me and my mom came here after shopping in the nearby area, and we were pleasantly surprised at how many options they had to offer for their bowls! I ended up getting the Mango Berry Bowl, it was so good! I love that you can change out certain ingredients for something else, I ended up changing out the granola for more fruit. Staff was friendly, and the interior design was beachy and fun! Prices were fair, and I'm looking forward to returning here! Thank you, Playa Bowls in Bedford! :)“

“The good was fresh and tasted good. My only complaint is that we didn't get all the items we paid for. Noticed we didn't get the iced coffee so was able to go back to get it since we had just left. When we got home, we realized we also didn't get potato salad and wheat wrap. Employees need to verify orders!!! Very disappointed and it's not the first time this happens.“

“First time in, got strawberry banana shake. Definitely good. Prices are totally normal for places like this. 4 starts because I’ve only had one menu item so far. It’s my belief those who gave terrible reviews are either extra picky or a staff member didn’t do something right by accident. Also, everyone has different tastes for things.“

“Walked in to a great atmosphere. Staff friendly and great music. Not normally a Caesar salad fan but I tried it here. I danced in my seat and said “wow” or “oh my gosh” after every bite. So good!!! The juices are great, I tried soothe. My boyfriend loved his sandwich and smoothie too. There’s much more on the menu we’d like to try so definitely going back especially more 😊“

“So I chose to say Yes I recommend this place but it is definitely not based on tonight's visit. Usually the food and smoothies are pretty good. However, tonight after having waited for a while to even have someone take our order, long enough that two people came in after me and ended up leaving without even ordering. I had a young man ring up my order who had his hair covering his face so he couldn't even see you and vice versa which made ordering difficult. backed up by the fact that my order was rung up wrong and I got charged for an upgraded side I did not order, nor did I want to then having to wait past my food being handed to me and other people being served theirs to then get my smoothie which was sitting on the counter the whole time they just never gave it to me. I then get home to find out they somehow forgot to put the cheese on my grilled cheese sandwich. Maybe if a little more attention was paid to the customers and a little more pride in your job you might have more positive than negative reviews in the future.“

My trailer was loaded efficiently, and the whole process was smooth with very little waiting time. The dock crew communicated clearly and treated drivers with respect.
