“We hosted a bridal shower for 20 people and decided to use Twelve 31 to cater the event. We ordered the brunch and it was delivered on time. All of the guests raved about the food. We could tell as most went back for extra servings. I strongly recommend them for your next event!“

“I went to Baked cafe last Thursday as I have done on many occasions. I witnessed one of the workers assisting an elderly lady who couldn’t hear and wanted what she has the last time. The worker met her with dignity and respect the entire time. She yelled every question at her and asked questions to get to the order she wanted. I over heard the two elderly friend make a comment about how fast and nice the place was. Keep being awesome.“

“went in today and was basically yelled out by the gal behind the counter when i did not hear her ask what size coffee i wanted( it’s tough when your staff mumbles ) … i will not be going back . i don’t go into coffee shops to get yelled at by the staff . the place is not as good now under this new ownership .. baked goods not at yummy as before and staff is lackluster.“
