They advertise The Worlds Best Roast Beef ... and they have a pretty good claim to that. Beef was tender and rare, served piled on a soft fresh bulky roll. BBQ sauce was not too sweet, and when I asked for horseradish I got horseradish not a white sauce.
My family and I visit this place every year from New York and they never disappoint. New Hampshire has a different way of life. People are so nice, so welcoming. I love their breakfast especially on Sunday. There's nothing better than going to Sunday mass followed by the breakfast buffet for $10. The food is phenomenal! Hard to find but worth the trip. Parker's is a very comfortable family run restaurant that I accidentally drove right past the first time because the building and parking area are kind of dark.
