Delicious food and great service.

We've been waiting for a place like this to open in the area and this place is awesome. I've had every single seafood dish and taco plate....just great. Want good drinks? They are crushing those too.

SO GOOD!!! We looked for places to eat in Claremont, and this one came up. We’d already been to one of the other Mexican joints in town, so we chose this one. Everything was fantastic. Very unassuming from the parking lot, but just inside the front door is a clean, nicely decorated, surprisingly large restaurant, with friendly & attentive waitstaff. Perfect chips and salsa to start, and everything we ordered was delicious, and came out quickly. Lots of menu options, even for someone (me) with annoying dietary restrictions. We’ll definitely come back next time we’re in Claremont! ❤️🌮

Was here for over an hour. Bartender took my first drink order promptly and chatted for a while. Offered me a food menu then proceeded to ghost or ignore my presence at the bar. 25 minutes later takes my food order while seeing an empty drink at my seat. Never checks if I wanted another or anything else. Servers are making their own drinks and she is no where to be found. Will not dine with her again

We did take out this time , and it was not even close to what quality you get when dining in. We ordered 2 different plates and queso dip and jalapeño poppers . They didn’t even give enough chips for my husband to eat neither mind me having any . They gave us about 2oz of queso with a small bag of chips about half way or less . Not saying they had to give a huge amount but there was not even enough for my husband. It was not a side of queso’s it was an appetizer. Which it definitely was a side portion. The other food was fine but made our experience not so good, see that was the one thing we wanted the most. I ended up letting my husband eat the whole thing see that it would have been about 2 chips each . I probably wouldn’t order takeout again.

Place was clean with fast, helpful, and nice service. We even had the bartender come out confirm the alcohol I wanted in my daiquiri which was promptly made and looked nice (though not large or strong). What was large was the portions of the food so definitely good bang for your buck! The shredded chicken was especially tender and flavorful and the queso dip quite good. I also liked their mole sauce but wish it had some heat to it.

My only two complaints was the salsa tasted like they added some tex mex seasoning packet and their house hot sauce was sweet and spicy, almost tropical tasting instead of a savory hot sauce (not very spicy either...I've had jalapeños spicer than their hot dauce).

This place is fantastic. The rice alone took me right back to the hole-in-the-wall Mexican spots I used to go to when I lived in Texas—that authentic flavor that’s surprisingly hard to find around here. So good.

The al pastor tacos were absolutely delicious and generously portioned—lots of meat and great flavor in every bite. The ceviche was fresh, bright, and super flavorful, a perfect appetizer to start the meal.

And I have to mention the churro martini. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was incredibly well balanced and honestly one of the most unique and delicious cocktails I’ve had in a while.

Our server was knowledgeable, attentive, and gave great recommendations, which made the whole experience even better.
Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to!

We were treated very well and learned that three generations are working in the restaurant at the moment. Family matters.
