Very clean, and even if it isn’t clean, the staff gets on it immediately. Very friendly, hard workers, even in the worst of worst rushes they’re on top of it and willing to fix any drinks for anyone that comes through. Drive through is fast and consistent.

I love this dunkins, they make great coffees and food, however it would be even better if this location worked with door dash so people could get coffee on the go without stopping in (some people don't have a car/or drive, and want coffee/food from here.)

Mobile order.Waited about half an hour... however.. during that time, there were a minimum of 40 people with orders that had been processed, and customers were on their way!WAY TO GO WASHINGTON STREET DUNKIN!!

Wheelchair accessibility: Wide doors, ready access, plenty is space to order, eat, etc, if using wheelchair/ walker
