We chose this Ramuntos (June 2026) because it was centrally located for my visiting family, who had not been together in almost 5 years. We literally no sooner sat down taking off coats and the waitress asked to take our order. We were all saying hi. We told her we’d need a few more minutes. It was less than five minutes and the waitress came back asking for orders. She explains she was busy with other customers and food coming up and we need to order. Looking around we were the only table on the right side, a few people at the bar, and a couple tables on the left. Plenty of staff as well. We were rushed out of there in just over an hour. Pouring out so we could not even hangout and talk outside. Terrible server and sorry about the tip! Terrible customer service! Out visit was 2:00 on a Saturday afternoon!

I get a lot of orders from, ramontos but this is the second time I had a problem recently. First time I’ve bought the Avocado salad and there was only half an avocado in the salad and last night I ordered a BLT and a huge amount of lettuce and three slices of bacon. It was terrible. I paid $17 and change for it.

Nice casual restaurant, old brick building, clean. Great pizza, the french fries n calamari was a little over cooked. I do not recommend the house wibe, upgrade to name brand. I do not like a 3% service charge because i use a charge card, that came out of the tip. I would eat there again n recommend it.

I've never had the same meal twice here and have never been disappointed. From pizza to burgers to pasta everything is always great. We drive almost an hour to get to this place because it's a nice ride and worth the trip.

Does anyone else remember when the garlic knots were knots and topped with garlic oil and park cheese? Now it's precooked pizza dough biscuits they dip and saturate in oil. So sad what was once a reliable place for good food and service is now such a let down.

Food was amazing. Portions were generous. Service was slow and it took quite a time before the server even acknowledged that we had been sat and, it too her awhile to offer any drinks.

Me and my fiance are from NC we're staying in the area for the night decided to order from here and it was the best steak calzone we have ever had. Now when we go back to NC we wont be able to order calzones anymore, because this has ruined them for us. Best best best!🙌🙌
