I waited over half an hour in the drive thru this morning after ordering a latte. When I got to the window I was told the espresso machine was down. I was told they would make a different drink with extra shots. Instead I received this drink which was almond milk and caramel swirl - absolutely disgusting and undrinkable. I could not go back as the wait time made it so I would now be rushing into school to meet my students. What a way to end teacher appreciation week....

Huge fan of Jordan here! This is the closest place to my job so I go often, definitely recommend using the app. Twice Jordan has gone above and beyond to help me out. First time I thought my app didn't go through so we paid inside only to find our order waiting for us. She immediately refunded me and took care of the whole thing.
