Starbucks in Concord

“During a snow storm all employees here were happy, smiling and quick to get my order. I’m picky with my coffee and the girl was so patient and kind with me. I run a local business and I can say that this is how a business should be run. Who I assume is the manager was right there helping, interacting with me while running the drive thru (I went inside). Food was excellent. Both drinks were perfect! Staff above amazing!“

“I had the pleasure of being waited on by Amber and Makayla. Who was very attentive and helpful, making my caramel ribbon Frappuccino with the crazy amount of Carmel and crunchies inside and out. I’ve asked this before from another location and couldn’t get what I asked for. These ladies were kind and completely outdid themselves. My family and I truly love this location.“

Super inconsistent drinks that never taste the way they should. I've been here 3 times since it's opened and every time both mine and my husband's drinks have been not right. It's not that they are making the wrong drink but the proportions are way off. The pink drinks come out bright, neon pink from too much strawberry refresher and the iced mochas vary from way too much chocolate to not enough. The staff are polite but it also takes a long time to get your order. I know this is a new location so I'm not giving up on them yet and will change my review if/when my opinion changes.“

“Inside the front door of Target. Clean, large unit, with seating. Full service. I did not have to wait for service.Chai latte was prepared quickly and was delicious, as one has come to expect from Starbucks. I didn't avail myself of any treats, but they looked fresh and yummy.Staff wore masks.I would go here again.“
