“If you’re ever in North Conway, New Hampshire, do yourself a favor and stop by Abenaki Trail Restaurant and Pub—our family’s absolute favorite place to eat whenever we’re in town. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed like old friends. The staff is extremely friendly, full of personality, and genuinely fun to be around. They even remembered us from our visit the year before, which made us feel like part of the Abenaki family. The menu is packed with comforting favorites—juicy burgers, hearty sandwiches, and the absolute best buffalo tenders around. Everything we ordered hit the spot, and the casual pub vibe made it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the White Mountains. We loved it so much, we ended up eating there three out of the four days we were in New Hampshire. It’s just that good. Whether you’re with kids, a group of friends, or looking for a casual date night, Abenaki Trail delivers consistently great food and a welcoming atmosphere that keeps you coming back. “Surprised and impressed. Our sandwiches were delicious! I did have to try the fried whole belly clams. First time here so I wasn't ready to commit to it as my meal. But wow! They were tender, sweet and delicious!! And ridiculously well priced. Only thing wrong was I ordered the small size. Waitstaff was sweet. Definitely worth it. Super small inside, but we were helped right away. Thank you. It was wonderful!“

“I had to come here and post a story that happened to a couple buddies and I a few years ago and how helpful muddy moose is . We were out fishing over the long weekend in may, it’s later in the evening and my one buddy says man wouldn’t it be cool to get a poutine ? Of course we all agree so we bust a phone out in the boat, search muddy moose up quick and hit dial not really paying much attention to it . Anyhow some very nice lady answers and we ask if they are still open to which she replies “ yes we are for another 30 min” . Well we’re like game on ! So we ask for three poutines to which the kind lady replies “ what’s a poutine “ answering her question kind of scratching our heads? How could you not know what this is ? Anyhow I’m sure we sounded hick with the frogs, boat motor, and three Canadians chirping each other through the call. She says oh yes we can make that for you and can have it in a bag for when you get here . Well now we are racing across a lake , jumping in a truck , racing down a muddy back road , down the highway , and yes we had about it two minutes to spare when we got to the Moose . When I ran in the door asking for our order a friend of ours is like “ uh dudes the grill has been closed for an hour” ??? We called the wrong muddy moose …. 🫎 we called you guys 1500km away . Woops . We ended up calling back after realizing our mistake , boy did we laugh , the lady couldn’t stop laughing either . We offered to pay over the phone but the lady said it was an honest mistake and a funny one and that she would offer up the poutines for a couple guests in the store . Good times . When I can get down there on my bike I plan on planning a stop just to order a meal .“

“This is fine dining in a beautiful setting with Mountain views and vibrant outdoor dining. I have very serious food allergies and the chef came to speak with me and created a delicious custom appetizer and dinner. The food was amazing and the service was wonderful! I highly recommend the Ledges!“

“I don’t know where to begin. The atmosphere was amazing. The restaurant was old Irish vibes and they had a live Irish folk band sitting around a table playing. The waitress was spectacular. Knowledgable of the menu and beer list and wonderful at letting us know when orders were placed and delivery. The food was probably the best Irish cuisine I’ve had to this date. The trio sampler of Shepard’s Pie, Chicken Pot Pie, and Beef Stew were all flavorful. My girlfriends grilled peach and goat cheese salad was so full of flavors and the bacon and walnuts gave it a good crunch, my moms Ruben and butternut squash were amazing and I had the corned beef and cabbage. All were out of this world. Can’t say enough good things.“

“2 day getaway from the moment we registered with sweet Jennifer oh my..she gave us a tour.showed us the menu for that evening. she is si knowledgeable and friendly our carriage room #2 was so homey..2 comfy chairs for reading 📚 fridge.coffee bar right outside the room..we can't wait to return.. food delicious 😋 the grands were immaculate!!! ty for a relaxing stay!!“

“I was hearing great things about this place so gave it a try. my wife and I went absolutely wonderful. service was a 10 and the local people made you feel right at home including you in there conversations bartenders make amazing drinks. the menu is not huge but they have a little bit of everything food was great. but most of all wonderful friendly bartenders,staff and locals. I will surely be going back“

“I've been to Red Parka only a few times. Great meals. This last time, I was underwhelmed by my meal - enough so that I had to mention it. The restaurant still deserves 5 stars overall for the way they handled the situation. They were graceful, immediately recognized my concerns, and were generous in their remedy. We will be back, of course, and are looking forward to it! Our server was attentive throughout and, although somewhat busy, we didn't wait long for drinks or food.“
