Dunkin' is a popular spot for many regular customers, but recent experiences have been mixed. One customer was disappointed with the service, citing a rude and unhelpful employee. However, another customer had a great experience with a friendly and attentive staff member named Nick, who even remembered their order from a previous visit. Despite usually enjoying their visits and spending a significant amount on their daily coffee, another customer recently received overcooked and inedible food items. They expressed concern over the declining quality of their orders and the lack of response when trying to contact the restaurant. Overall, Dunkin' seems to have a loyal customer base but may need to address consistency and customer service issues.
