“After asking on my community page the best place to get a custom ice cream cake all leads went to jay gees. I got 2 of my daughter’s recent birthday cakes and let me tell you!!!! Everyone LOVED them. They decorated both cakes beautifully. I will say both cake orders were very different. One very gothic and one very light and magical. Both Times when I submitted my purchase online I received a conformation email from the manager within 1 busy day. I will definitely continue to go back every year now. I highly recommend them! “We ordered ice cream last night on DoorDash from this location and it was delicious. You can tell the difference between the fresh ice cream and the ice cream bought in the store. The plush cow and bracelet is for my toddler. We love our little souvenirs. Our plush cow is special needs but he has character and it just makes him extra special. We will take good care of him.“

“Mack’s apples will always hold a special place in my heart. When I was growing up I used to practice soccer down by the willow tree and pond. A gorgeous place! So when I was looking for a last minute place to get married I instantly thought of this spot. The owners don’t normally hold weddings here but they made an exception for my intimate family gathering. THANK YOU! It was absolutely gorgeous and my photographer could not shut up about how beautiful the photos were gonna turn out with the sun peaking through the weeping willow branches. Another photographer came down after to take photos of other people. It is quite the location! Shout out to Chris, Maria, Lisa and Kyle for making this possible and for helping me put together the cutest favors for my guests! “My family and I like this place. They have really good ice cream for really good prices but the parking situation makes it annoying to come here. There's a tiny parking lot and not enough picnic tables. This place is always busy which is great, but they really have to do something about parking and seating. “Food is great. But, I had another experience, that I want talk about - I was there recently and apparently dropped some money on the floor as I was leaving. To me - it was a substantial amount. Another customer found it and turned the whole amount in to staff. We called the next day and told the staff what happened and the exact amount. They had been holding it for us. Staff was kind and great when we went back. So - not only do they have great food - but their customers and staff rae top-notch - kind, fair and charitable.“

“I've never tasted maple syrup candies this fresh! Even compared to those sourced directly from a Vermont farm, the candies here were superior—incredibly tasty, fresh, and perfectly shaped. They were the absolute highlight of my visit.
But the maple treats weren't the only stars. We thoroughly enjoyed the rock candy sticks and the SF black licorice bites. The dark chocolate, New Hampshire-shaped souvenir served as a cute, gift too.

“We have had burgers at every chain and restaurant you can name and Shake Shacks burger is better every single time. Do not care for krinkle fries but that burger is worth skipping fries. The bacon avocado is my favorite and my husband loves the one with the portobello mushroom stuffed with cheese. He gets double patty and it's massive. So happy to have location on east coast finally.“
