The Kitchen at PB603 is a very cool little pub inside the Pickleball603 courts in Hampstead, New Hampshire. The menu is great and spot on, with rice bowls, cauliflower crust pizzas, flatbread pizza, chicken wings, chicken bacon ranch sandwich, chicken bowl, Truffle Fries and a selection of gluten‑free options. The food is fresh, flavorful and surprisingly satisfying. The staff is awesome, the service is great and the waitstaff is attentive but not intrusive. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, with a perfect post‑match vibe. Watch the pickleball players from the kitchen/bar, grab a drink, enjoy a couple drinks on the oversized outdoor patio or the beautifully set up patio with string lights, and listen to acoustic music or live music on a nice night. The Espresso Martini is the best around and the draft beers and spirits are good. The place is highly recommend for hanging out, staying a little longer and celebrating wins.
