“I’m not usually a big Dunkin’ fan, but I had a gift card and we were on a long road trip, so we stopped at this location connected to a gas station. I was hoping to try the new Cookie Dough Frappuccino, but unfortunately, the machine was down.

Although what really made the experience stand out was the cashier’s attitude. She let me know I could still get the cookie dough flavor in an iced coffee instead and made sure it was just the way I liked it. She even asked if I wanted more cream or sugar, which I really appreciated, especially since I’ve had poor experiences at other Dunkin’ spots.

Her professionalism and genuinely helpful attitude made this a 10/10 stop. It turned what could’ve been a disappointing visit into a really positive one. If you’re passing through, this location is definitely worth the stop.“

“I enjoy Dunkin. This store was very busy, so I had to wait to order through the app (I needed to walk-in for pick up). I finally ordered as drive-through, figuring I would just walk up to the drive-through window. Luckily the restaurant walk-in area was open, so I did not have to wait behind a car. Food was excellent.“

“I ordered breakfast on the app this morning and when i went to grab my order, noticed that the staff made a small mistake. On the app, I put NO cheese under the loaded hashbrowns, but they still added cheese. I understand that sometimes it can get busy and in the moment, you don't pay full attention to what is on the order, but I think it pays off to slow down just a tad and reread what is on the slip you're reading off of. there was another time I ordered a frozen triple mocha coffee and the staff didn't know that it existed. I find that a little strange considering that the frozen coffee was also on the app at the time I had ordered it“
