“Sat on the patio and was starving, before I knew it my server Oliver was ready and equipped with chips and salsa. He made sure to send in my kids order first which was diligent. I haven’t seen my mom laugh in a long long time, but Oliver made her laugh and she is a very stern woman. Such a good experience I felt the need to make a review.“

“Great venue, except the bartender that served me twice then kicked me out when I returned to the bar for a third drink. (Not my fault he didn't see the marks on my hand) I'm well over the legal age.

“Great hidden spot to eat. We went with a friend and it was a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Our waitress was awesome, she suggested the cauliflower pizza, at first I was skeptical, but she highly recommended it. I'm not gluten-free and loved it. It was more like a thin crust pizza and I would get it again for sure. My husband had a chicken wrap with sweet potato fries, which the wrap was good, fries were great. Our friend had steak tips with mashed potatoes and broccoli, she enjoyed it and the portion size was generous where she had leftovers. Our waitress didn't rush us ans told us we could wait out the severe thunderstorm happening even after our bill was paid. Great place with exceptional service!“
“Definitely enjoyed outdoor event for Fleetwood Mac Tribute. Staff was friendly, venue was clean, food was good. The people dancing were having a wonderful time. Loved it.
Even the police was kind when they notice my jeep had a tail light out.“

“First time ever and had the most AMAZING meals, drinks and experience. Staff A+! Food, chicken, broccoli Alfredo. 10/10. Creamed lemon Haddock. 10/10!!! Drinks and bartender, Brittany A+. Chef came out to us to see how our meal was. Told him we left NOTHING on the plate, neither one of us. Not a CRUMB! I usually leave a little something to take home. I couldn’t stop eating. DELICIOUS. “Classic beach bar! Off season visit, so it was not crowded. This was my first visit that did not involve a crowded group of road racers. The Carousel hosts the Hangover Classic 5k and 10k. So much fun with all the racers, this visit was very subdued.“

“Went for family birthday dinner on a weds night.
Server - outstanding (friendly, attentive, responsive)
Drinks - very tasty
Mussels - delicious good portion size
Oysters - very fresh and tasty but some very small
Flatbread - tasty but soggy, (burnt crust) tomatoes on top were cold.
Strip steak medium rare - several chewy sections, came out cold, closer to rare, not enough seasoning. Potatoes were tasty but cold. Broccolini very raw, tasted burnt had blackened sections.
Scallops and risotto- also cold, scallops undercooked, risotto bland and chewy/a bit dry. Brocollini also burnt and raw.
Shrimp scampi - also cold, not very garlicky, decent flavor but not amazing.
Kids chicken tenders - chicken and fries very tasty. Fries are very good.
Chicken sandwich - very tasty nice thick portion of chicken.
A restaurant i would definitely try again as most issues seemed to be cook staff or food finish to table timing issues.“

“I'm new to the area and my neighbors recommended that we try the food at the barn. We came in on a Monday night to have dinner. Our bartender Leslie was so friendly, funny and made us feel we were part of the local crowd. I can see why people come to see this bartender and have the food. This exceeded our expectations. We both had the barn burgers and a couple of beers. It was such a fun time. I would also like to comment, we came in on a Saturday day and Barry was our bartender. Again top notch service, food was excellent and Barry was very accommodating. We are customers for life.“

“Yesterday was Ash Wednesday so of course we headed to the Hungry Traveler for fried haddock, Kim took such wonderful care of us, plus she’s hilarious. We had delicious food, a couple of Heinekens to wash it down & Kim provided excellent service & a fabulous personality everything was great“
