“Bravo Donut Love! The quality renovation to this location is A++, Exeter locals this is a new hidden GEM of a coffee and sweet spot. Michaela, who served us was both friendly and engaged as we asked many questions about all the delicious donut flavors. She was great to suggest some favorites as well as explain the different varieties. The management team's choice to serve high-quality NOBL coffee is a home run!! Most importantly, you can tell that the leaders of this business care about the community, they give back to the local hospital and fire-police with their products. If you haven't been by, I highly recommend you stop it. Truly the Donut + Love abounds.“
“The food and drinks are typical dunkins products, which I love! The service is great, but can be slow in the morning. Understandably so, since there's a huge staffing issue nowadays. They always have a good quantity of donuts! One of the employees also offered to check the back for my donut since the front rack didn't have any.“
“An impulse stop on the way to the mountains and thankfully a great choice. The sausage was especially flavorful and I don't know what kind of English muffins they use, but they were great. Minus a star because one of the sandwiches' muffins were burnt, but I would definitely love to return here for some more road trip eats.“
“It's an overpriced coffee shop. I will never choose Starbucks instead, though. They (DD) have some OK items, but I don't and will never drink coffee. Be careful with donuts at ALL DD locations. They are often stale and hard. DD should have a set time that they need to be replaced by. Quality isn't what it used to be and should be. That said, a new item that I tried was OK.Staff at this particular location was definitely real. They turn their antics on and off like a light switch. When no customers are around, they were speaking in a very off-color way so-to-speak. When someone came in, they/that went immediately silent on that front. Good and convenient location, though.“
“The people are always amazing my only issue is that the voicemail box is full so I can't call ahead to ask if they have certain things available as I am very picky when it comes to coffee and won't order anything other that my usual coffee with my usual donut so that is the only reason that I gave an overall 4 star but everything else a five“
“There is not a high employee turnover rate at this location which is attached to O'Keefe's general store. I assume this is because the employees I see there nearly every morning are family to each other. The dynamic of professional and courteous service is tangible. These are all good people whom will expedite your order when possible, and put a few shakes of "everything bagel seasoning" on your breakfast sandwich when asked to. Consistently good, and highly recommended.Parking: There is no parking problem that I have ever er seen at this location, unless of course it is an unusually high traffic day. It happens sometimes at the beach, but the property owner has provided ample parking otherwise for walk up.“
“The young woman working on 8/24 greeted us warmly and explained the menu, how their donuts were made and which flavors were popular and available that day. You’ve a future in sales no matter what you do. My 10 year old loved the cinnamon and strawberry, apple was my favorite but I liked all four we tried.“
“Best Dunkin donuts in the state. Mercedes & all of the other employees are AMAZING. If they see you more than once they learn your name, make you feel special & ALWAYS make sure your coffee is made just how you like it. It's a busy store but worth the wait. If I moved out of town I would still travel to this dunks. That's how great it is.“
“After a night out on the town, in the streets of Fenway Boston— my friends and I cut through this town on our way home to Maine and we met the most comical sarcastic attitude, which we loved, in the drive thru— she greeted us and let us place three separate orders and assisted me with choosing a donut when they didn’t have the first two I wanted— and referred to the donut as “a jelly for the belly”— hilarious and when we pulled up to the window she was the coolest cat there— shoutout to this Dunkin, gave us a good travel story for when we get back to Maine,, NEXT!“
“Staff is pretty nice and I appreciate their late hours. Food is average for dunkin. Interior could be updated, but all dunkin are kind of outdated.Vegetarian options: Several options, you just need to read the descriptionsParking: Spots were strangely set up, but parking is very clear of snow (just after a snowstorm)“
