“Super cute & cozy environment! Iced dirty pumpkin chais with cold foam, absolutely fantastic!! I’m caffeine sensitive & they were so so helpful & their breakfast sandwiches are out of this world! Best we’ve ever had, we’ll definitely be back. I also have a sensitive stomach and nothing hurt my stomach and that says something. Croissant was so flaky, soft and buttery, bacon was perfectly cooked, same with the egg & well seasoned. Jalapeño cheddar bagel was great too, sausage was thin and crispy too-just how we like it. Chocolate chip muffin was also soft, flavorful and chips were melty. Highly recommend!!!“

“We have been ordering from Big Cat Coffees for many years. Their customer service team is very helpful and professional. The variety of coffee, teas, etc. that Big Cat offers helps us to always find what we want and gives us ideas of new products to try. The convenience of ordering online and having it shipped to the house is an added bonus. We just wish the shipping charges were not so high. We often order small quantities and sometimes are shipping cost is higher than our product cost.“

We have them ship us coffee on a regular basis to keep us well caffeinated. Our favorite beans are the Tanzanian and Sumatran. “My wife and I were passing through Laconia and wanted a quick bite for the road and stopped in this Dunkin Donut location. The staff was friendly. The bathroom was clean as well as the rest of the building. The coffee even tasted better than other franchise locations.“

“This is my favorite Dunkin's ever. Everyone is always so personable and friendly, and often they'll even write you cute notes on your cup if you're a regular. BUT, the last few days I've been, there have only been one or two people working and they seem STRESSED. I really hope management is doing everything they can to help their employees and are not leaving them out to run like crazy without any reward. This is how good employees get burnt out.“

I honestly could not do better myself so I feel I have no right to complain. The store is very small in space so hiring more ppl would not resolve the problem, there is barley enough space for those who already work there maneuver via the store! Working in a store like that is extremely difficult in my humble opinion!“
