“We have been ordering from Big Cat Coffees for many years. Their customer service team is very helpful and professional. The variety of coffee, teas, etc. that Big Cat offers helps us to always find what we want and gives us ideas of new products to try. The convenience of ordering online and having it shipped to the house is an added bonus. We just wish the shipping charges were not so high. We often order small quantities and sometimes are shipping cost is higher than our product cost.“

I decided to get the plain bagel this time around which was very delicious but i wish it could have been a little bigger as it was smaller than you would find at similar places like dunkin’s but the taste was definitely better!!“

You can tell a good coffee roaster from their decaf, that's when a coffee drinker likes their coffee, they don't drink it for the caffeine but the pure flavor. now when a roaster can capture real coffee flavor in a decaf, that's exquisite. I happened to grab a pound of their coffee the weekend blend at a small local store, and a bag of decaf. i wasn't disappointed. now anytime i see their whole bean coffee, it's the first thing I grab. very lucky to have such a great coffee roaster so local to us.“

“While being there at the drive thru,We asked if they might have a menu, or pamphlet that we could take with us. The girl at the window,waiting on us,. had no clue what we were talking about?!So she went and got the manager.Who had NO idea what a PAMPHLET WAS!!!AND why we would even wantsuch a thing? AS if WE WERE THE IDIOTS! AS SHE TREATED the GIRL AT THE WINDOW, who was waiting on us,. LIKE SHE WAS DIRT!

Parking: 3 out of roughly 10 visits,.My mustang was, backed into, other customers hit my car, with their door! AND they didn't seem to even have a care in the world!ALMOST as if it was my fault?!My fault,. that they parked so damn close to me. And side swiped, while waiting for the drive through.*We now only go at night.And only on occasion!“

“Love this place! I'd give more than 5 stars if I could! Check out the Supper Club. The July offering was wonderful. A great experience from the atmosphere to the service..to the food. Go to the Wine Bar on the deck overlooking Lake Winnipesaukee with great good and drinks and amazing views of the lake.
The Market is great, so many great selections of wine, cheese, baked goods... you have to go there to appreciate. Finally .. the staff is amazing. Dale is such a great resource on the wines, the offerings in the Market and is such a great ambassador for the business. We love talking to him, so knowledgeable and an overall wonderful guy!“

“This is my favorite Dunkin's ever. Everyone is always so personable and friendly, and often they'll even write you cute notes on your cup if you're a regular. BUT, the last few days I've been, there have only been one or two people working and they seem STRESSED. I really hope management is doing everything they can to help their employees and are not leaving them out to run like crazy without any reward. This is how good employees get burnt out.“
