“This is for their ice cream / gelato shop - absolutely excellent! I can’t wait to go back. The ice cream is all homemade and tastes wonderful. Try the fluffernutter and cookies and cream. Both were excellent. Great service too - very kind. They closed at 8pm but helped us even though we were late.“

“We stopped at Copper Door for a family dinner after a long day at Canobie, and I have to give a HUGE shoutout to our server, Jenny, and the manager, Sherry.

Jenny was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. We had our two little girls with us after a very full day, and she was incredibly patient, kind, attentive, and genuinely sweet with them. Anyone who has taken tired kids out to dinner knows how much a server like that can completely change the experience for a family. She never made us feel rushed or like the kids were a bother. She was fantastic.

My mother ordered her steak medium rare and unfortunately it came out well done. Things happen, and honestly, it wasn’t something we were terribly upset about. But Jenny immediately apologized and handled it so professionally.

Then Sherry, the manager, came over and absolutely went above and beyond. She was warm, gracious, and immediately made sure everything was taken care of. She removed the steak from our bill and even gave us a gift card for the inconvenience, which we absolutely were not expecting.

Mistakes happen at every restaurant. What really says something about a place is how the staff responds when they do, and both Jenny and Sherry turned a small issue into an incredibly positive experience. Their level of hospitality and customer service was exceptional.

Copper Door is lucky to have them both. We will absolutely be back! ❤“

“Had work lunch catered with a couple day notice. They helped me plan my menu, gave me ideas. It was so easy. Food was ready and hot when I picked it up. “My husband took me here last night for our Aniversary. He knows I love duck. We were greeted at the door and sat us right away. Our waiter Andrew kept us content with making sure everything was fine with the appetizers drinks entrees and the dessert. The food was amazing. The duck was excellent and my husband's short ribs were delicious. I would definitely go back again. I was greeted by a friendly bartender and was served rite away ( it was busy ) I was made a delicious spicy marg and had a specialty salad with spin dip! Everything was phenomenal! “My wife and I were in the area. Stopped for a late breakfast. Spacious, clean and friendly. Decor was local, natural and fun. Loved the light covers that appeared to be blue sky with occasional puffy clouds. Nice touch. Our server was amazing. Im not sure how her name is spelled but I think it was close to Ava (ah-va). Super friendly, good humor, very attentive. I did not have to ask for any of my 3 coffee refills. :) but not overly aggressive. I love dipping my toast in over easy eggs. First bite was noticeably good. I know you think eggs are eggs but my wife got scrambled and had the same reaction. Yum. Toast was hot and crispy. Bacon thick cut and crispy not burned. Average sausage patty. Thin ham with crispy edge was a nice difference. French toast was thick buttery with a healthy cinnamon taste. Home fries crispy with a light seasoning. And hollandaise was thick not oily. Prices were competitive not the cheapest but certainly not to expensive. GREAT breakfast :)“

“We were celebrating my husband’s recent successful cancer operation and we ran into Caesar, one of the owners, at the Amherst venue. He took the time to show us around and sit with us a bit! The staff was setting up for a wedding too. Caesar and his staff throughout the whole venue were so warm and friendly. “Could not find a cuter restaurant and gift shop in the state! This location is convenient to the Rail Trail for a quick bite, and the ambiance is fantastic. Plenty of outdoor seating, speedy staff, and yummy breakfasts for dining in and take out. They have plenty of parking and an available restroom for patrons. Plus, a gift store with fun souvenirs. I was here for a marathon and I'm so happy I stopped in.“

“Had a fantastic birthday celebration for a family member at Dreo! We had an amazing night from the moment we walked in the door to finishing desert. Lisa, our server greeted us promptly, and reviewed the drink and dinner specials with us. The drinks were amazing and we ordered the charcuterie plate for the table. So good! Everyone loved their meals, especially the shrimp linguini dinner special. Everything was cooked perfect. Desert was great including a decadent chocolate cake for the birthday celebration. “Pica’s is our go-to spot!! We cannot say enough good things about Pica’s!! The staff is top tier, they are all super friendly, they make us feel welcome the moment we walk through the door! We attend Music Bingo every Tuesday night, some of our favorite waitresses Rae, Kallie and Ella provide great service, a great atmosphere and create an exciting experience that keeps us coming back each week. The food is always delicious no matter what we order but we do love the burgers, chicken barb sandwiches and especially those cinnamon maple donuts!! We love Pica’s and Music Bingo nights so much that my daughter even comes home from college to attend them with us!! We have noticed that employees even come in on there days off to enjoy a meal at Pica’s because that is just the kind of community feel that Pica’s has!! We love Pica’s!!“

“Tonight is my husbands birthday and this being his favorite restaurant it was a no brainer to come. He has just had a pretty major surgery which affects how he eats quite a bit and I just have to say Melissa and Dave (he was training I’m sorry if I got the wrong name) were absolutely AMAZING. They made the whole night so enjoyable even though my husband struggled through eating. They were also amazing with our two kids! I have never been a huge fan of the TGIF menu but even the food was wonderful tonight. Even if it was awful, I’d come back for these two amazing servers ANY day. “My in-laws often stay at ACC when they are in town which brings us to the restaurant often. Service and food can be hit or miss.

Recently, however, we had Gina as our server. She was AMAZING. She was attentive, accommodating, and friendly. She catered promptly and appropriately to the needs of all adults and children. Her service changed our entire experience at ACC. Thanks Gina!“

“Stopped in last night with a large group of family and friends after attending a wake. It was getting late and we were all hungry and tired, so everyone was looking forward to sitting down, having a good meal, and unwinding with a cocktail.

Our server was wonderful, the food came out quickly, and the portions were generous enough that many of us brought home leftovers for another meal. There was also acoustic music playing, which added a really nice touch—it was enjoyable without being too loud, and we could still easily hear each other across the table.

Overall, it was a comfortable and welcoming place to spend the evening without feeling rushed or like we were inconveniencing anyone. Five stars for sure!“

“I had a wonderful experience with Friendly Reds. We had them cater our daughter’s birthday and deliver the food. Food was delicious as always- food was delivered hot and they allowed us to use their hot boxes to keep extra food hot as well. We had one little mess up with the sternos when they set up the food (they forgot the water trays) so this caused our first tray to be burnt. When we realized it and called them they offered to come right down and fix this and even refunded all of those trays. The customer service was wonderful and they were very responsive. Delivery was on time with friendly staff. Ordering catering was very simple and easy. Payment was easy (and prices were very reasonable!). This was our second event we used friendly reds for and we plan to continue to use them for catering!“
