“This is a shout-out to our new friend, Rob, who went above and beyond to help us last summer! We were at the drive-thru window, in the middle of placing an order, when our Ford Escape got stuck in reverse and started backing up! Almost hit the car behind us! I helped my husband push the car to one of the parking spaces and safely away from the growing line of cars waiting to be served. Called triple A who basically told us they can't do anything for us at that time since it was getting late. The towing service across the street didn't want to come over right away without authorization from triple A, so that would have taken a long while. Waited for both services for an hour or 2 in the sweltering heat while we tried to figure out what went wrong. Suddenly, a guy in a Dunkin' Donuts uniform headed towards our direction and said he might be able to help since he's also a mechanic. His name's Rob and he immediately diagnosed what the problem was: a faulty cable bushing. He then fixed it and showed my husband how to adjust it in case it happens again on our way back. We still had a hundred miles to go to our bnb at that time and we would not have made it without Rob. He saved us that day!“

“Good donut shop. We got a glazed which was delicious, a sea salt chocolate that was really good, a maple which was probably my favorite, and a glazed chocolate cake donut which is the reason for the 4 stars. The cake donut was dry. I don't know if their cake donuts are supposed to be as dry as this donut was but we didn't finish it. Their regular brioche donuts are fantastic but I can't recommend skipping the cake donuts enough.“

“It's an overpriced coffee shop. I will never choose Starbucks instead, though. They (DD) have some OK items, but I don't and will never drink coffee. Be careful with donuts at ALL DD locations. They are often stale and hard. DD should have a set time that they need to be replaced by. Quality isn't what it used to be and should be. That said, a new item that I tried was OK.Staff at this particular location was definitely real. They turn their antics on and off like a light switch. When no customers are around, they were speaking in a very off-color way so-to-speak. When someone came in, they/that went immediately silent on that front. Good and convenient location, though.“

“Changing Tides Café has not just a lovely atmosphere, but also friendly staff, great food, and amazing coffee! My partner and I went here for Valentine's Day, and it was just an overall pleasant experience! The mocha latte I got is the best I've had around here, and the donut egg sandwich was tasty and filling! Definitely will come back again! Happy Valentine's Day! ❤️“

“Probably the best tried by me donuts in USA up until this moment. The dough its soooooo tasty and unusual. They dont have so much sugar like other donuts producers. And they are just sweet enough to be awesome. They arranged them so well and I when was choosing which donut to take I did actually spend 15 min looking at them. They all looks fantastic!!! I really wanna come back to them and try other donuts.“

“The people are always amazing my only issue is that the voicemail box is full so I can't call ahead to ask if they have certain things available as I am very picky when it comes to coffee and won't order anything other that my usual coffee with my usual donut so that is the only reason that I gave an overall 4 star but everything else a five“

Most of the food is vegetarian except for some of the breakfast sandwiches.Parking: Plenty of parking around the building.Wheelchair accessibility: There is one accessible space and a small ramp out front. The doors are not automated.“

“There is not a high employee turnover rate at this location which is attached to O'Keefe's general store. I assume this is because the employees I see there nearly every morning are family to each other. The dynamic of professional and courteous service is tangible. These are all good people whom will expedite your order when possible, and put a few shakes of "everything bagel seasoning" on your breakfast sandwich when asked to. Consistently good, and highly recommended.Parking: There is no parking problem that I have ever er seen at this location, unless of course it is an unusually high traffic day. It happens sometimes at the beach, but the property owner has provided ample parking otherwise for walk up.“

“After a night out on the town, in the streets of Fenway Boston— my friends and I cut through this town on our way home to Maine and we met the most comical sarcastic attitude, which we loved, in the drive thru— she greeted us and let us place three separate orders and assisted me with choosing a donut when they didn’t have the first two I wanted— and referred to the donut as “a jelly for the belly”— hilarious and when we pulled up to the window she was the coolest cat there— shoutout to this Dunkin, gave us a good travel story for when we get back to Maine,, NEXT!“

“Best Dunkin donuts in the state. Mercedes & all of the other employees are AMAZING. If they see you more than once they learn your name, make you feel special & ALWAYS make sure your coffee is made just how you like it. It's a busy store but worth the wait. If I moved out of town I would still travel to this dunks. That's how great it is.“
