“I visited Hanover with my girlfriend for Homecoming weekend. There was quite a line at this place and just two people working very hard. They still maintained their New York/Jersey senses of humor while taking care of customers. It was better and less expensive than Starbuck's. Also purchased several bags of their whole bean coffee which makes excellent espresso.“

“I heard a lot of local buzz about Carpenter’s while working in Enfield and decided to (finally) check it out with my husband. Being a barista for ten years, I go into coffee shops with an open mind as drinks can be done in a multitude of ways - some good, some bad. The atmosphere alone was cozy and welcoming - low music with enough seating to work if one so wished. The staff in and of themselves were welcoming and patient as I looked over their menu and asked questions on what they had. I wound up getting a London Fog for myself and a Flat White for my husband (to which I was happily surprised that it was the traditional way to do a Flat White). Both were extremely delicious and the foam aroma lids just made the drinks that much better. If you’re looking for not only atmosphere but stellar service and drinks, look no further than Carpenter’s.“

“The young man working the drive-thru on Fri April 11th has the patience of a Saint! I over explained a request because it was 4:30am and I was sure I didn't say it right, I got to the window and realized I forgot to order one of my drinks, AND I dropped a straw on the ground.
Instead of coming through the window swinging, which I would have 100% understood, he politely took care of me and told me to have a nice day.

The hand soap smelled amazing, the hand dryer was eco-friendly, and the fall/Halloween décor was absolutely on point. Huge shout-out to the manager deserves a promotion or a big bonus!
(They are just extremely slow! It took 15 min for us to get our teas and it was not crowded so enjoy the decor while you’re waiting! Lol)“
