You all are truly kind, genuine, and hardworking people, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. I hope everyone who comes through shows you the same patience and kindness…especially when things get busy…because you deserve that and more. I also just want to say how much I appreciate the little conversations at the drive-thru… you know who you are 😊 And if you’re a regular like me, consider tipping these wonderful people if you can. I do it in honor of my dad…he always made sure to tip $1 or $2 every single time he went to Dunkin’s, whether it was once a day or three times a day. Even during tight weeks, he never skipped it. The teams in Henniker and Lowell, MA knew him well. So this is just a little message to spread some love and appreciation…you all deserve it more than you know 💫“

“I am healthier and am saving money because of this location which is why I’m giving them five stars. They are so bad at what they do I’ve sworn off all McDonald’s everywhere and I was going to McDonald’s two or three times a week spending a tooooon of money on it before moving to the area. I honestly feel amazing so thank you!!!“

“Chocolate by Bob is an amazing spot! The chocolate was incredibly delicious—we tried 9 different flavors. Our favorites were yuzu, butterscotch, raspberry, caramel, and more. The coffee was great as well.

At one point, we accidentally dropped some of the chocolates, and the owner kindly came over and replaced them with the same ones at no extra charge — such a thoughtful gesture.

The staff and owner are all extremely welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

About a month ago we had an unexpected breakdown near this Dunkin’, and Dalton and Eiley absolutely went above and beyond to take care of us. They didn’t just serve great coffee—they shared helpful info about the area and pointed us toward places in town that could assist. Their kindness made a stressful situation so much easier.
