“There are a lot of wonderful things to say about Buckley’s Cafe, but this is a recommendation and plug for their heat and eat meals. We’ve been picking up a couple most every week for those nights when we can’t face cooking, but don’t want to go out. Our favorite is the Chicken Parmesan - the chicken is moist and tender, and the breading and sauce are well seasoned. We also enjoy the short rib ravioli, tenderloin tips, and lasagna. We’ve also grabbed a sandwich and salad for those times we want to eat light.“

“This was such a cute little cafe. While cramped and small, things were super homey, like a little radio playing jazz and an employee bringing around real silverware. It was set up like a coffee shop, but served tons of breakfast options restaurant style (counter service with diner food).The coffee was served in a mug which always makes the coffee taste better. The lattes also have cute artsy designs on the top which was fun and food was yummy!“

“Food is excellent. The complaint is to sit for a few moments and chat prior to ordering is rather uncomfortable. They definitely want to turn over tables and get you fed and out quickly. So not the place to go with a friend or family to socialize and have a bite to eat. Been there often enough to conclude. Other than that very excellent service, clean piping hot food! Recommended.“

“The bagel and muffin were just alright. The bagel tasted like any average store bought bagel. The muffin was pretty basic and didn’t have a lot of flavor. If they hadn’t warmed the muffin, it wouldn’t have been very good. Less than $6 for a muffin and a buttered bagel seems like a pretty good deal to me in this economy. Even though they weren’t the greatest, I would still consider getting them again since they were cheap and worth the price.“

“Quality food, home fries where amazing. Not a fan of the chairs with arms made small space difficult to maneuver. Prices where on the high end even for these crazy times, but with more strategic ordering could have improved, pancakes were large and filling, kids could have shared to reduce cost and the juices add up, but where refreshing.

Local charm will return, cozy but good use of space and light.“

The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, with a wide variety of sandwiches and sides that everyone loved. I especially appreciated that each sandwich came with a printed label — such a thoughtful touch that made serving and choosing so easy. The “Wellington” was one of my personal favorites, perfectly balanced and full of flavor.

A special shoutout to Stephanie, the catering manager, for her outstanding customer service. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the entire ordering process smooth from start to finish. “We stopped in yesterday on our way to an event we had set-up and needed to eat on the go… I don’t always write reviews, but this place had the absolute best breakfast I’ve ever had. I’m a huge pancake lover and I’ve had them just about everywhere but nothing compares to blueberry pancakes that were here! Unbelievably good! My husband ordered a veggie breakfast bowl and he also raved about how good it was. The food didn’t feel overly greasy and make you regret it after eating. It was good quality, good cooking. Ice coffee was also the best, could you tell me what brand? We don’t live close by but we’ll definitely be back. Also, staff was super nice! Than you so much!“
